Ingredients
- 1 cup plain kefir
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 cooked and cooled sweet potato or 1/4 avocado
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tsp raw honey
- Squeeze of lemon
Method
- 1Add the kefir first, then the soft ingredients, then the frozen berries.
- 2Blend 45 seconds until velvety.
- 3Taste and adjust with lemon or honey.
