Why this works

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 3/4 cup milk or unsweetened soy milk
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
- 3/4 cup mixed berries
- 1 tbsp almond butter
Method
- 1Stir the oats, chia, milk, yogurt, and protein powder in a jar until no dry pockets remain.
- 2Refrigerate overnight, or at least 4 hours.
- 3Top with berries and almond butter before eating.
