Why this works

Ingredients
- 4 cups mixed berries, fresh or frozen
- 1 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 3 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt for serving
Method
- 1Heat the oven to 375°F.
- 2Toss the berries with maple, vanilla, and cornstarch in a baking dish.
- 3Mix the oats, almonds, and melted fat with a pinch of salt; scatter over the fruit.
- 4Bake 28 minutes until bubbling and golden.
- 5Serve warm over cold Greek yogurt.
